Keren Ann，女歌手，原名Keren Ann Zeidel，1974年3月10日出生於以色列，主要在法國巴黎附近活動。她的前兩張專輯完全以法語演唱，第三張是英文專輯，第四張則以法語和英語演唱。她的父親是俄羅斯猶太裔，母親是荷蘭人，她11歲以前一直居住在荷蘭，後來他們舉家遷到法國之後，Keren Ann仍保留了她的荷蘭國籍。

      
 凱倫·安的第一個樂隊名叫KAB（Keren Ann Band的縮寫）持續了三年時間。1997年她為Alexandre Arcady導演的電影《K》寫了一首歌《父親（Father）》，在這部電影她還出演了一個小角色。接下來的一年，也就是在她24歲的時候，她與另外兩個女人一起成立了一支叫做Shelby的樂隊，他們發行了一張專輯並且以一首《1+1+1》（Benjamin Biolay作曲，在後來的日子裏，他成為凱倫·安的一位重要合作者）取得了小小的成功。2000年凱倫·安以專輯《La biographie de LUka Philipsen》開始了她的獨唱生涯。其中的《Luka》是向Suzanne Vega致敬的作品。《Philipsen》由Benjamin Biolay創作及製作，他還參與創作和製作了《La disparation》。作為回報，凱倫·安幫忙創作了Benjamin Biolay的首張專輯《Rose Kennedy》。他們兩人的組合還曾為Henri Salvador的暢銷專輯《Chambre avec vue》。

      
在《Lady & Bird》專輯中凱倫·安與Bardi Johannsson（來自冰島的組合Bang Gang成員）合作。

《Not Going Anywhere》是凱倫·安的首張美國發行專輯，在其中她以英語翻唱了之前專輯《La disparition》中的幾首作品，緊接著的專輯《Nolita》促進了她在美國事業的開拓。《Nolita》這張專輯在巴黎和紐約錄製，以英語和法語演唱。（Nolita是凱倫·安在紐約住所的區名:North Little Italy 的縮寫 No Li ta）
